Established in 2012, and formerly known as Capacity Bar Group, Machine Hospitality Group is an operating company that creates, develops, and manages all their own concepts. Generating change and progress by way of several moving parts, partners Brian Galati and Chireal Jordan personify the very essence of what it means to be a "machine." Each of them act as a gear cut by his own experiences and expertise, while creativity serves as their fuel and every last bolt and screw is tightened by their passion for innovation. Machine is more than just a company it's a philosophy in which they approach their future. Machine Hospitality Group: Engineered dining and drink, a tagline that became their life's work.

We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable and passionate, eagerly sharing our love for hospitality with all who enter our doors.
Currently we own and operate Headquarters River North in Chicago, Headquarters Downtown Nashville and a new Chicago location coming to Pilsen 2021. We also own and operate neighborhood dining hotspot Machine: Engineered Dining & Drink.
What We Do
Machine Hospitality Group owns, creates, and operates all of the Headquarters Beercade® and BEERCADE® brands and venues. We take great pride in the fact that each design element and every aspect of the building and concept development process is handled by Machine Hospitality Group and our internal team of industry leaders.
